1. Information We Collect

When you use SuperClaw, we collect your email address and authentication data provided through our login provider (Auth0). If you deploy an AI agent, we store your instance configuration and wallet addresses (public addresses only).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the SuperClaw service, process payments, deploy and manage your AI agent instances, and communicate important updates about your account.

3. Wallet Security

Wallet private keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and stored securely. Keys are never transmitted in plaintext. Transaction signing occurs server-side through our secure backend.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Auth0 for authentication, Fly.io for infrastructure, blockchain networks for transactions).

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
